oh yeah their follow up was tight but it's always gonna be eclipsed by this one
phils vox were fucked by mid 90's from a versatility perspective , just so happens that they're more/less apt for DOWN's material (tho even then he was at his unequivocal peak on NOLA) +SJR and the 200+ other projects he's had in past 2 decades. I'm surprised the man can still scream/growl as he does (see scour) since he can hardly even fucking talk.
