I'm not and never have commented on the quality or content of his response because frankly I don't give a shit what he thinks about it (or any ongoing political issue, honestly). But it's the "people yelling at him about his silence" part that I do not and will not understand. Are famous people not allowed to keep their opinions to themselves? Why does Thom have to say anything? Why Thom? Why are we not banging down the door of every single celebrity that has not offered their explicit opinion on the war in Gaza at this point?
