but, isn't the thing about even roots that it can be both positive and negative at the same time, but always just one of the two posibilites? I mean, when you (sqrt)1 = (sqrt)1, then it's either 1 = 1 or -1 = -1, if not, then isn't it like that famous experiment about the slabs or what not?

Max isn't as bad as sach, at least max uses the full range of the rating scale instead of 1s, 2s, and 3s only. never heard of RobSchuldiner but his character arc sounds excellent

and yeah that's how square roots work fish

His username is Hovse on sput, and yeah he had some sweet ratings but for a while now he just gets to about 10 ratings then deletes them and starts over again

of course
but +/- 1 = -1 yields two cases:
1) 1 = -1
2) -1 = -1

and for both of those to hold, 1 must then be equal to -1

it's also worth noting that sqrt(-1) = i in case that's what was puzzling you

pretty sure it's either non-homogeneous first order, or second order odes that have the alpha//beta solutions

i numbers suck my dick, tbh... Fuck math, yo. Theoretical Physics is where it's at.

also, on any given equation it can also be the case that all results are impossible, therefore making the 'paradox' just an imposibility. But I'm just talking about regular old equations, not that more complex shit, so I dunno.
