Well with what happened with pretty much every mid 2000s band they’ve pulled influence from it would be out of character for them to not go for a more commercial sound by album three latest. Maybe we’ll get one more like this before that happens but it’s inevitable.

Labels will only bring them down. Bands have full creative control when they're independent, whereas labels have strict rules.
Obviously there are exceptions, but there's a reason terms like "Risecore" exist.
