Wake the Dead slaps but Turnstile nail an impressive in-between crossing over abrasive hardcore energy and infectious pop rock hooks that idk if any band has done this well in my memory.
Ofc it's a somewhat biased take but yeah idk if Comeback Kid would've blown up this hard.

idk I barely listen to much new music but I’m rarely inclined to give below a 2.5 so I especially disliked this (I also subjectively remember hating a bunch of specific things). But yeah I’m sure this is prob way better than the mass of undifferentiated releases on average in the genre. Shudder to consider it
