Got my killers t-shirt on today yo! I still have much love for this era

Titan, this is far superior to Killers imo but I feel ya... at times I prefer both to anything they did after. Normally, though, Beast is my favourite.

Killers was the first maiden tape I had, followed shortly after by powerslave, live after death, and somewhere in time. I still feel the first 2 albums are genre defining work, and can stand alone without the Bruce years

They can absolutely stand alone without Bruce, and they're damn good too, but I'm much more partial to the Bruce years. NOTB was the first record I heard than I worked my way backwards.

^ Is that a joke ? They've only released crap without Bruce lol. (and yes, that does include Iron Maiden and Killers).
*crap by Maiden's standards, not regular crap.
