Hahaha I somehow knew you were gonna say that about At Night. I don’t dislike it, I like every song here. But that one just seems to do the least for me. I don’t really love that outro either.

What do you love about it?

idk the other songs that try and lean into that sorta mysticism are kinda boring to me (premonition is very in one ear out the other for me for instance), and the rest is mostly pretty but just doesnt have much going on to me. feels too streamlined for this band, but they corrected course beautifully with two dreams so cant complain too much

at night it gets worse tho is really enticing and hypnotic and anthonys melodies are honestly more beautiful on it than the songs that are more deliberately going for that

At Night is one of the coolest here. it has this foreboding vibe and is still so entrancing.

premonition is all about that groooooooove doe

i feel like there's a way Tunnel Vision could've been perfect but idk how exactly. still a great song. the chorus is cool but not too strongly pronounced. outro is one of the album highlights for sure though, maybe they should've drawn it out?

The Amulet (song) is the best song they've written.

Gave this a spin today. Man, flesh and bone is brutal. This whole album sounds like heroin addiction.

This album is fucking S Tier, but I do want to say (because there isn't an actual thread on Two Dreams) that "Buzzhenge" might be their finest hour, or at least should be in the conversation. Probably their most depressing song. Also reminds me of "Savant" by Oceansize quite a bit.

This era of the band is underrated imo.
