when I was in 5th grade I had a crush on my half-sister's 20/yo friend and I stole her walkman when we came over to watch Aliens at her apartment. This album was in there. Needless to say it kind of blew my mind.
I returned the walkman 2 days later :P

probably one of the most iconic opening runs of songs with the first three tracks
(also continues the hot streak from I/O/C, which would continue for a few more years with the Volta)

This album reminds me of a hot summers mid-2000's day walking through the neighbourhood, blasting the album through some cheap Skullcandy headphones, so loud that peasants strolling past can admire my sick music taste, sweat stuck to the back of my vest, bopping along thinking I was hxc.
What a time to be alive. Kids these days will never know.
