This band is nothing but tweeny power pop with the odd emotional lyrics thrown in so tweens can relate to it. No actual substance or redeeming qualities.

I don't get why the hell this album got so much critical acclaim, some of the worst tracks on this album are barely listenable to me.. and even the tracks i could listen to like "Anklebiters" and "Ain't it Fun" really are nothing incredible.. Not saying a song has to blow me a way to be good, but in this case, the music just felt kinda uninspired... Lord knows why this has an 81 on metacritic yet Riot! has like a 67.... idk i just don't understand all the hoopla about this album. really this album is more like a 2 to me, the .5 is credit for them willing to take a risk and do something different, even if it isn't done all that well...
