Amazing album but is it sacrilegious to prefer both EGE BAMYASI and FUTURE DAYS to this?
I feel like I ponder this question at least once a year.

I don't think so tec, they're all wonderful in their own right I would say. Personally don't see any dip in quality among those three whatsoever, they've all got their own identity and pretty much fulfil that vision perfectly.

No. They are all pretty on level with one another. I think RYM even rates the albums reverse from what sput does. My personal favorite is Ege but my favorite song is the t/t off of Future Days, which is my least favorite album of the three

Good album if you're 22-ish and have just discovered that you can steal other hipsters' music tastes for free on the web. In the real world, no one listens to this stuff. It's awfully German, too. I guess that under a bridge somewhere in Dresden right now there's a homeless man listening to this on cassette on his Walkman.
