It depends on who the subjects and objects in the sentence are. "Between the Buried and Me" is correct because neither "the buried" nor "me" are the subjects.

The original quote from the Counting Crows lyric is "Fifty million feet of earth between the buried and me", so "Fifty million feet of earth" is clearly the subject of the sentence. "Fifty million feet of earth between the buried and I" is clearly incorrect.

Therefore, there is no reason to not listen to this group.

Selkies sounds like a depressed robot crying out. Actually that guitar solo in that song is literally the only thing I like from the band.

No wait, I really like the video for Mordecai, too bad the 'screams' in the song are trash. This vocalist does a terrible job at getting the audience to believe in what he's talking about. He has no conviction at all.

I like the chorus of the song 'Specular Reflection' you know, that might be the only time this guy said anything meaningful or sounded like he gave a shit. Too bad there's so much wanking in the song.

I hear fans aren't very happy that the guy is now doing more clean vocals. Which is odd because his screams are terrible.

Oh yes, that's why we all 5'd this album for his terrible vocals, and totally not opinionated at all (it's opinionated)

On the new album Tommy Roger's is using creative vocal effects and harmonies and stuff like that, there are layers of Harsh vocals, Clean vocals layered on top of each other all over the place, if there is a lone section with clean vocals only, it won't be long before it's kicked back into gear with some hard hitting gutturals

Someone tried to ring me while this was on, the ringtone interrupted the music but I genuinely thought it was part of the song at first.

I got few laughs out of the novelty value anyway, hence earning that all important .5
