Me neither, never felt the urge to mess about with it. The album was sequences that way for a reason.

I had a dream Radiohead announced a new album. It was 82 minutes long with a bloated tracklist. They said it was very experimental, and relied heavily on electronics. They also released a lead single called "K I N D R E D"

In a few months, the gap between In Rainbows and this album will be just as long as the gap between this album and now. But you know what, that's okay. If Radiohead never release another song, I'm fine with it. They dominated about 25 years worth of the alternative/indie rock scene. They can be done now.

I also think it’s fine this way. Ending their full-length discog with True Love Waits is alright. RIP.

(btw, what did KINDRED sound like?)

8yrs has gone by ridiculously quickly and the gap that has been filled with all the solo stuff, soundtracks and The Smile has definitely compensated

idk the smile for the large part really doesn't do it for me. also why you would replace a bald drummer for one with hair is beyond me

Especially since on the AMSP tour they played with TWO bald drummers!

Not underrated. It is an incredible album, though.

Have y'all seen that comment from Thom Yorke on instagram? I suspect the backlash he received unnerved him. Honestly it still left a very bitter taste in my mouth the way he reacted at that concert, i think him and especially Johnny Greenwood are more on one side than on the other...

as someone who comes from a Muslim background, though not necessarily practicing, it’s a very tricky situation

i think it’s a well-written response, and if it’s true and only written by him, then I’m willing to overlook how long it took him to break the silence

it sucks that it took a big toll on his mental health, but given how political this band has always been, he can’t expect to have stayed silent forever. I’m definitely not a fan of being one of those witch hunters who picks apart celebrity reactions to the atrocities going on, since it detracts from the actual issue and any real progress. It’s a horrifying, horrifying situation and i met people who’ve lost loved ones personally in all the killings. The world is a scary place man
