As I stated both of them are excellent records, but not worth of the hyperbolic love they get. And in my opinion Ok Computer is far more cohesive, engaging, melancholic, or whatever adjective you want to use. Kid A has great songs but as a whole it doesn't feel as solid as this one, that's what I think. Maybe if I judge them by their individualities Kid A could be better, but I think albums are the sum of their parts.

I can get not liking Thom's vocals tbh, though I think they're fine.
He's not an amazing vocalist but he gets the job done. The songwriting here is what's truly remarkable.
