“It was one of my gateway albums, along with Discovering the Waterfront and What It Is to Burn”

Hell yeah. My two biggest gateway songs were Right Side of the Bed by Atreyu and Smashed Into Pieces by Silverstein. They were on a Victory Records sampler that came with Where You Want to Be and the rest was history.

Oddy enough though I'd been listening to The Used since The Taste of Ink came out but I never realized how heavy some of those songs were. I didn't really think of myself as listening to heavier post-hardcore/metalcore stuff until I got hooked on Right Side of the Bed and then found Underoath.

Stuff here reminds me of Pass The Flask by The Bled. Big nostalgia vibes.

Seeing a lot of interesting comparisons from different people. It's more Underoath for me than anything (surprise surprise) but apparently others are hearing Glassjaw, Taking Back Sunday, Deftones, now The Bled, etc. Cool these guys pulled off something so dynamic

Yeah Jay it’s cool to get that nostalgia in so many different ways

The main things I hear are The Bled and early My Chemical Romance and that’s no bad thing in my book

The middle section of DiSinTer is pretty Glassjawy
