it's black metal still (at least, 30% of it?) but otherwise it's more melodic, anthemic... takes more from heavy metal and melodeath than black metal really. at least that's how it's looking right now. i think after such a big project i want something more direct and less masked in atmosphere. we'll see how it develops - i'm really proud of the six songs i've written so far, shortest being 6 minutes longest 14 minutes but nothing's finalized yet. they range from being written 10-ish years ago to really recent.
