this sums up my feelings. this has some amazing moments and would be a awesome EP, but just doesn't really hold up as a whole album for me.

Ultimately this was a success and a great way to kick off the Bloodmoon era, but erm perhaps I was a little hasty in lavishing such praise on upon it. I had alluded to inconsistencies previously but perhaps was overly dismissive of their impact on the overall experience. A bunch of great tracks here, although not QUITE tied together quite as well as it could have been.
I'm wavering, ever so slightly. Still a damn sight better than Dusk mind and like I said, a successful transition.

I haven't roamed much outside of the metal category this year honestly but off of the metal alone this year has to got to be one of my favorites in memory for new albums. Loving this one and I feel like the past few months alone a ton of contenders have dropped
