I've misplaced the post but Parker replied to a comment on IG of somebody asking about it with "everybody chill the album is coming" very recently. I also heard a podcast with Kelen and Kevin back in 2020 where they stated that they had written shit and were shopping producers before eventually landing with Alan Day of FYS (can be found on their official IG a few years back). I could of course be wrong but I highly doubt we won't see anything new from them this year.

Yeah, while not confirmed yet I have a feeling this is gonna be their year. I mean five years since this album plus they updated their band pic on Spotify... they're due.
The fans are getting impatient. Like every post from these guys on Insta and the comment section is full of "WHERE THE ALBUM AT DOE" it's gotta happen, it's just gotta.

Plus they're literally embarking on their biggest tour EVER with Blink-182 this summer. Not having new material to promote during that tour would be a colossal mistake, they're very much due like you said.
