Idk, honestly BOCC was so so so uninspired and generic that it gave me significant doubts about Phoebe as a songwriter and vocalist and made me feel this is even more overrated than I initially thought
I’m not referring to the overall average, more the vocal group of users who think this album is the holy grail

Phoebe’s voice is thinner than 2-ply
Like it’s very pretty but she need some milk. I’ve seen multiple very weak live performances from Phoebe too. I like her a lot but the overhype is making it less so
