Krys wrote all the music and had a friend to do vox but that guy pulled out, so he met this dude Bart from some other crap band and had that guy do vox instead.
Apparently Bart is like the Polish Blake Judd and owes lots of people money, so he secretly got the band's other "live" musicians to go along with him after he started claiming he'd trademarked the name of the band and kicked out Krys.
So now Bart's Fake-tushka is claiming the name and are writing their own music, Krys is locked out of all social media accounts but already has a True-tushka record mostly finished on his own.
