Every time I hear Another Year I immediately think of the soundtrack to one of the PS1 spyro the dragon games. I get this urgent sense of nostalgia just listening to the song, certain tones and atmospheres bring me back and it makes me so happy. best track on the album.

This guys crushed it a couple weeks back in Louisville. This CD hasn't grown and doesn't do much for me anymore save more a couple tracks.

^Agreed hard with the another year/spyro comparison!

Stewart Copeland from the Police did the Spyro soundtrack. I have an old ps1 bonus disk that shows him composing some of the tracks.

The chord progression in "All Hail the New Flesh" by Strapping Young Lad sounds identical to one of the songs from Spyro. Of course, you have to forget the blast beats and stuff.

Am I the only one not getting it? More shitty breakdowns, more boring riffs. It just feels like Periphery with no vocals. Which is bad.

periphery with no vocals is passable, unlike that kidney stone you have brought on by excess Mountain Dew
