Safe to call this a classic at this point. It’s just so fun.

The second half is just stacked as the first half lol. What a strange claim. "Pareidolia" alone is evidence of that.

That's a reference to my comment, I guess. Yea, I am an outlier here, but I never liked Pareidolia very much, I think it's pretty boring. I admit it's a good album, but I never thought of it as amazing

Actually kind of agree about Pareidolia, I’ve always been in the minority of it not doing much for me. I think it’s still great and essential in the tracklist, but yeah. However, Somebody is like a 10/10 closer so I don’t claim that the second half is much weaker lol

Somebody is a great closer, agreed on that!

Contrary to both of you, I feel like "Pareidolia" could have been the closer and "Somebody" could have been left as a bonus track or something. "Somebody" is grandiose at the end for sure, but it seems to kill the momentum a bit that was built up by "Pareidolia."

Still a phenomenal album no matter what though.

I usually hate prog albums that carry hard 70s influences, but I agree with you. The Mountain is special.
