On paper, this should be an album i hate with the pop punk leanings and all the "whooooaaaoooohhhs" and the at times melodramatic (but also at times great) lyrics and vocal performances. But idk man, the feels on this are real.

I know I've mentioned it in the past, but anyone who loves this should definitely check out the lead singer's solo album (Bobby Barnett -Little Wounds). Almost as good as this one

nah, its actually awesome and i think they should do more stuff like it. it would set them apart even more from other bands playing this style. even though i love the rest of this album in a visceral way, Adultery is much more interesting than the rest songwriting-wise.
