Also, everybody who condemns whole genres except for Schlager is a fucking douchebag in my opinion - granted I didn't watch the whole video because I don't feel like wasting time on justifications for completely irrational condemnations/generalizations.

Well, there's good 'Schlager' but everyone outside of Germany would just call that shit folk. Because it basically is, the only difference is that most of the 'good Schlager' is actually satirical or some sort of socially critical or maybe even storytelling.
