Gabriel was so nervous for Genesis debut album, he's been taking a shower between every songs they completed, in trying to get more calm, more ready for the next song.

Love large parts of this, it's just one or two songs holding me from 5ing this tbh. Foxtrot is better, might 5 that one. Firth of Fifth is amazing though, one of the best songs ever recorded

I Know What I Like is pretty meh tbh. I liked it for one or two listens, but it's just ... ugh at this point. The Battle of Epping Forrest is too long as well. It's not really paying off. The highlights are clear though. Dancing With The Moonlit Knight, Firth of Fifth, More Fool Me, After The Ordeal, The Cinema Show -> Amazing stuff.

Fantastic, more of this is always a good thing!

Need to jam more Genesis soon, but there is so much else that's waiting tbh.

Keep laughing my ass off about that moment in 'Aisle of Plenty' when the vocals come in a tad too early for the rest of the tempo they go for, abruptly off-cutting the rhythm. Right when the lyrics would go "I DON'T BELONG HERE".

It's like the "all change" parts of Supper's Ready. Good text painting

Pretty stunning album mostly, but that wardrobe-song is getting on my nerves.

Yea, that song was good for like one duration. Definitely a weak point here

That moment when the flute kicks in. It's absolutely brilliant
