I love that song.

Oh haha. Agreed they are honest and catchy. Other than Senses Fail they are my fav lyrics in pop punk prolly.

"probably me."
Not at all, it was from some girls at my school. I managed to later impress them with my inordinate amount of knowledge concerning All Time Low.

Yeah we definitely have differing opinions on pop punk than him.
And so much hate for blink 182 latey! I thought we were bros chipmunk.

I enjoyed np for a while and seriously gave dirty work a chance. If the new one sucks then I'll
probably write a very derisive review.
"And so much hate for blink 182 latey! I thought we were bros chipmunk."
Sorry Atari, once again, i can blame absolutepunk for that. As time goes on, my disdain for them only
grows. I can't escape them as long as I'm around pop punk...

hmmm... I used to check that site out all the time until I joined sputnik.
Do you like it better than sputnik?
|
| |
Album Rating: 4.2
Yeah I was way more attracted to this site when I found out you could rate music.

I like sputnik a lot better. It's more active and there are definitely more intelligent people here and/or people with better taste in music.

I actually like go radio but that albums like a 50 maybe 60.

Exactly. They're too lenient and too willing to accept the same pop rock/punk crap they've been getting forever.

this site's relative harshness is part of the reason i started checking on it more often. if reviewers are harder to impress, a higher score means a lot more, and i like that, instead of handing 4's and 5's out like candy.
looking at you, jesusfreakhideout.

"as long as it's not crap bring me all the pop punk you can find."
I don't know where you get your pop punk from but everything I get, you pretty much get as well. Well, there are a bunch every now and then that I find but most aren't very special.

There was this one semi-interesting band whose RIYL included all time low, brand new and something else that was more credible than atl. Funny thing was, it was pretty accurate. They were not nearly as powerful as brand new, the band was more like taking brand new's style and then being pretty much like every other pop punk band.

yeah, but in this one, the appeal lasted for 3 songs and then just got boring from there on. Maker is definitely better.

I don't normally like pop punk, but this really fucking connects with me. It's a winter record imo, dunno why though
