Why don't you just call your band Nietzsche's Manifest of Aleister Crowley's Schnitzel- and Steakrecipes in LaVey's satanic tomato sauce.

You have my permission, as long as you give credit where credit's due ;)

Because it's not a William Hung cover band.
Why don't you just call your band Nietzsche's Manifest of Aleister Crowley's Schnitzel- and Steakrecipes in LaVey's satanic tomato sauce.
Because my parents aren't Gaahl and Captain Beefheart.

I don't really know why I like this so much either, it just seems to have a special power that makes it really poignant without ever saying anything at all. Like the title: I know it doesn't mean anything, but where post-rock bands do this all the time and come off pretentious, these guys just sound nice while being totally aware that they really aren't make any sort of grand statement.

also I'm pretty sure the refrain in Heavy Pop is "Darlin' won't you stay? I wanna feel at home." Which seems really nice to me so I'm going to continue to think that's what it is.
