i laughed at that guy doing the TKOL part 2 blog. man, you are basically explaining what radiohead is trying to do with their album theoretically. you could consider any of what radiohead has released with TKOL as part of the package. part of the experience, this could be the "modern plan" the band was talking about. nearly all bands do it these days, but no band has made a point of explaining how or why they've been doing this. maybe radiohead is just coining the concept. lol
