Listening to TDoA inspired a revisit. Closing trio is fucking crushing.

don't like this album or this band, even though they have some good ideas

makes sense, yeah.

the drumming is good, the guy is a beast. but to me it gets monotonous when he just slams his kit the entire album almost. you need to breathe life into the songs with dynamics to create subtlety and then intensity at the right times. this album wears thin after a few songs to me. the drumming could be used to great effect, but imo they overdo it and it loses the impact it could have had.

i feel like they have enough little lulling moments to keep me interested, but only if i'm really in the mood for such a dense sound. otherwise i can see where you're coming from. it can be monotonous if i'm not feeling it. best listened to loudly while driving.

yeah this album is better for those that can enjoy the density and can understand what goes on

i understand what's going on. a guy is beating the shit out of his drum kit, and the guitarist are recycling faggot ass gorguts riffs.

this isn't complicated, nor is it atmospheric or deep.

This deserves a review with a 5 rating.
