they all rule

i think fiction gets maybe a little too much love but then again it's ridiculous just how strong it manages to be for such an accessible album

Need to familiarise myself with their late 90's/early 2000's output more.

well

the mind's i might be their 2nd best alb

enter suicidal angels is 3 exquisite songs followed by an experimental one, which lead to many people underrating it hard

haven and projector are super overlooked, but they were instrumental in the evolution towards their 00s modern stuff (in a good way i think). so if you like the softer synthier parts on those, definitely check them out

and yea

their early 90s stuff rules too tho

His lyrics are also top notch. Sure the earlier albums are a little nonsensical at times (albeit great imagery) but towards the Damage Done era he started diving into more introspective topics, a bit similar to Chuck Schuldiner.
