honestly everything since and including Souls at Zero is at least a 4.5. that's 7 records. I love these guys.
Dimor-TSIB is their best. But you should also check out any of their others. Particularly this, Souls at Zero, or Given to the Rising.

yea Tom Waits is the coolest/greatest musician ever
Given to the Rising wasn't as good as anything prior (excluding their first two albums), imo. Still a great album, but they need to m/ harder on their next one.
