hell is around the corner is top 5 to be fair

honestly it's between glory box and Angel off this for my favourite. and then off endtroducing you've got midnight in a perfect world, building steam and stem which are all perfect

"don't like it as much as this but Glory Box might be the best Trip Hop song" ?

Black Milk, Stem/Long Stem, Six days, Dissolved Girl, Hell is around the corner and Daydreaming are better than glory box

That song is pure magic, also add to the previosly mentioned songs stuff like Lonely Soul, Mysterons, Sour Times, Rabbit Your Headlights, Bloodstain and Butterfly Caught

its so cute when anoxeriafp277 pretends he knows anything about music

"That song is pure magic, also add to the previosly mentioned songs stuff like Lonely Soul, Mysterons, Sour Times, Rabbit Your Headlights, Bloodstain and Butterfly Caught"

I agree with a lot of the ones you've listed in both your comments. not all but definitely most. id add Pedestal and Wandering Star as well as some more Mezz songs and some Koop and Smoke City stuff too.

Underwater Love alone is better than the entirety of Endtroducing

Endtroducing isn't trip hop what are you even discussing, there is one or two trip hop songs on the whole album, like Mutual Slump. And yeah it's better than this.

"Also "Third" is best Portishead get it right please (not really a trip hop album either tho)."

this discredits all of your opinions on the entire genre especially because aside from being wrong its also just hilarious that you think its not a trip hop album. but anyways, aside from you also being wrong about endtroducing not being trip hop (it is to a degree, just not to the degree everyone heralds it for), you are not completely wrong, considering it is above all just a plunderphonics record and plunderphonics is lame as fuck. it may be the quintessential plunderphonics record, but as a trip hop album it is just an embarrassment to even try to pretend it can stand its ground amongst the likes of Portishead Massive Attack Tricky and Unkle etc.
