Definitely a different feel to each of them.

Oh, definitely. This is far easier to just get lost in, but to me, Loveless is just a tiiiiiiiiny bit more dynamic.

Definitely prefer this over Loveless, which I can't get into at all.

The noise and fuzz in Loveless isn't for everyone.

Yea this is certainly a lot tighter production wise. This is the perfect shoegaze record imo

Loveless has some gems on it but it's just a little, dare I say it, noisy for me at times.

Machine Gun rulz
Honestly, I think I might come to like this and Loveless about equal. Which would make my opinion the most "objective" one here.

I mean, at the end of the day this and Loveless are like two sides of the same coin for me. This is the chill side of shoegaze, and Loveless is the harder-edged side of it.

When the Sun Hits, Alison, Souvlaki Space. Though, Altogether is the only song I don't find absorbing.
