Good review; I like the breakdown of each song, but i do think maybe you could be a little harsher? But really very nice!

And just to settle the score, Senses Fail is Emo. They fit that whole scene of dark lyrics, alt rock instrumentals, and emotional singing with small fits of screams thrown in.

And i like what you said about them lyrically being on par with FallOutBoy.

Nobody ever seems to give them any credit.. lyrically they have some rediculously good stuff!

'Let It Enfold You’ is a nice step up for Senses Fail, with the New Jersey quintet improving on practically every facet when compared to their debut EP. While containing a fair bit of screaming, the sound is still rather catchy. It is just a shame that there isn’t anything too original here, meaning some songs may not be as memorable as they could have been. Above-average drumming & effective dual guitars top the LP off nicely. Recommended Tracks: Buried A Lie, Angela Baker and My Obsession With Fire, Lady In A Blue Dress & Martini Kiss.

@mechatanner: Senses Fail's lyrics aren't really that good at all. They have a couple good lyrics

(bite to break skin) but for the most part they're pretty bad.

Some people I used to be friends with loved this band and got me hooked. Needless to say I kinda forgot about them when I got into metal, but they're making a comeback lol.

Bumped to a 4.5. Don't think I've ever heard pop-punk/modern "emo" done better. This is like...everything Hawthorne Heights tried desperately to be at the beginning of their career, but done much better. "Tie Her Down" especially is flippin' amazing.
