Their next album needs to have so many breakdowns that by the time you think one breakdown has finished, it is actually just another breakdown. They shall entitle the album "Break-it-down".
That's a horrible idea. They're all incredibly capable musicians, so why not show off what they've got? The excessive breakdowns were one of the reasons why my rating isn't as high as others...they just wear on you in certain songs.
Some of them are totally amazing though.

Breakdowns work in moderation. Look at Unearth and some Norma Jean.
And soh = sputnik's most ignorant member imo.

I hope they pull something more out of their asses on their next album. I finally got around to this about a month ago and its not even worth 1/5th the hype it gets around here.

No one talks about Grant that way.

This album is so damn amazing. I don't think its a 5 though, mainly because the albums I give 5's too all have to be classics, and only 3 albums have ever made that impression on me.
The one thing I relly love about this band, is the fact that they have a breakdown in every song, and I NEVER get tired of them. Most bands that feature breakdowns in every song get old fast, like As Blood Runs Black, but these guys manage to do it ultra successfully.
And by the sound of it, their new album may even be better (if that's possible).

Nobody cares about your opinion.
I love how every time I comment on an album that you like, somehow you try and belittle me. Could you be anymore of a tool? This Message Edited On 05.01.08

Here's a conundrum: what if you are the most ignorant member of sputnik, and thus, are ignorant of that fact? This Message Edited On 05.01.08

We pretty much maybe only agree on a handful of bands. He just holds everything so dear to him that the moment I say something bad about something he likes he freaks out about it.

other 'deathcore'/ 'metalcore' bands really annoy the hell outta me but for some reason i enjoyed this.
Still, I prefer my metal sans breakdowns

I was joking. Though imagine an album that is just one giant 50 minute long chugga-chugga. That would be "Break-it-Down".

Pretty good album although sometimes it bores me, and the vocals really dont do much for me, but they are not bad in any way. Loving the guitars a lot. Maybe it will grow on me.
