Been on a bit of a Green Day binge these past few weeks as I've been in a nostalgic mood and they were the first band I was passionate about as a teenager.
Decided to revisit this album which is one I'd previously written off as not being good. Now I've found it's a lot better than I remember it being. Still not my favourite Green Day album and possibly my least favourite of their pre American Idiot albums, but this is really solid and I dig the slightly more Folk Punk tinges some of the songs have.

I quickly rated it a '4' with a small soundoff. 'American Idiot' is probably better. But after that album. There are songs here and there, but I really just didn't care anymore. American Idiot likely saved this band as I recall "Warning" being a commercial flop. That early to mid 2000s Greenday is full of fun interesting folklore.

Yo twenty five years since this album almost killed the band and a lot of drama after it. That era is really interesting because I think it involves Dave Grohl and a missing tape.
