I love this band to death but I've never caught them live unfortunately. Barely anyone comes to Wisconsin and I'm not making the trip to Chicago unless its a show I absolutely cannot miss. Just not worth dealing with that traffic man



@Tronald none taken and I totally understand why that one is divisive. I really dig how mechanical and uncanny it is, but its a jarring one for sure that took many listens to really appreciate.

yeah same here jay. even milwaukee for me is an annoying road trip. been seeing some decent shows in madison recently, might pop over there sometime.

A few times, they are LOUD live. Good live band, but don't go if interaction with the audience is an important aspect for you

@Jemaiseyeti, I am glad to hear you say LOUD because the main reason I asked... they have been reposting a bunch of live fan videos from their tour on instagram and the audio consistently sounds like shit lol

tbh i love them on record but i've given them a chance live like three times over the years and they are wayyyyyyyy too loud with shitty vocals lol. still love the band but i don't really foresee giving them another chance cuz the sound quality was shit.

and with that, I will not be spending the $100 for my wife and I to see them Friday! Thank you.

She doesn't know them at all and I think she wouldn't be super pleased to go to a loud, blown out show with shitty vox.

lol yeah bro, good call for sure. my friend took his then gf to see them with us like 5 or 6 years ago and she had to tap out in the middle of the set. she's not into underground stuff but is pretty tolerable of whatever. all of us were not having a good time though hahah. think that was the last time i saw them.

what a bummer, I love the album.. I was just really put off by what the videos the band was reposting of themselves lol

This album is pretty solid, love the variety. Cannibal is surprising, but it works for me. Not a bad song here, the slower ones are gazin’, the faster ones are bumpin’.

Not a patch on The Great Dismal or Guilty of Everything tho

I love this record and have been jamming it tons. I was never really able to get into The Great Dismal. Not totally sure what it is that fans of this band aren't seeing in this album.
