I still don’t get PD at all, the autotune is killing me. But given that this has already grown on me, I’ll brace myself and give it another try.

Ya Ptolemaea is still probably my favorite thing she’s ever done. It’s easy to see why she did something like Perverts, idk why a lot of fans felt like it came out of nowhere when the blueprint is right there.

That scream was the moment everything started to fall into place for me with that record.

Complicated artist with a strange and terminally online fanbase but the musical output has been phenomenal.

Not sure why there's so much hype with this and 4.2 rating. Perhaps this is more like a 3.5 after a few more listens, and it's definitely not a bad album with some really beautiful moments, but it's nothing special imo. Fuck Me Eyes is an absolute throw away track.

Yeah it’s all of us who are wrong and you’re the definitive authority on music. Giving an opinion is one thing but you know you can do it without coming off as a pretentious ass, right?

Not saying anyone's wrong dumbass, its a simple opinion. I take you're a diehard fan boy otherwise you wouldn't be so damn defensive. On another note, just listened to Preachers Daughter and it's a much better album IN MY OPINION.

I didn’t find anything pretentious in that take tbh, but my threshold for getting offended is pretty high on such matters.

Yeah, Fuck Me Eyes kinda found its way on the album for me. I still don't particularly dig this type of pop sound, but it disturbs the album’s flow in a rather exciting way.
