I still prefer Vital Spirit when it comes indigenous black metal, but damn this slaps.

I feel like this really opens up around god of black blood. 2nd half was awesome while the first few felt solid but a little more straightforward. The production is really good though. Drum sound is really polished but still sounds pretty organic. Will spin again

Which imo importantly does not make you an indigenous band, far as we can tell looking from the outside in they're just a couple of white canadians writing western black metal that makes mention of indigenous history.
