I know this isn't even metal, but somehow it's still the worst part about modern metal. Like every stereotype what it isn't completely fulfilled in one package.

This is worse. Eden has higher highs and lower lows, but this one is somehow even more generic and soulless, so it takes the cake.

Eden is much better. The songs have more variety.

Eden is a sonic equivalent of drinking sea water. Ergo, I theoretically can last a bit but almost immediately feel an urge to violently vomit and scrape my taste buds out. This, on the other hand, is completely inoffensive and, again, even fun at times (mainly the opener and Emergence). I have no desire to return to this record even rarely and never in a million years would I invest my money in this band, but Eden is:

1. uncompatably more torturous than this and, in fact, almost any other album I've ever listened to besides maybe St. Anger;

2. the only listening experience I wanted to forget after completing it.

To simplify, this > TMBTE, period.

The numerous emotions captured in this record is insane. It really feels like it was made by humans. Vessel's extremely emotional and beautiful vocals topped with some incredible screams f.e. in "Caramel" and "Infinite Baths"

I would say that the way that Vessel inserts his feelings in the songs is almost Chester Bennington level.

Sleep Token's ability to blend genres is what made them famous. This continues that lineup. It's like they invented a new genre.

Still one of the most skillful, best and exciting bands of the "new kind of metal" era.

20/10 You can't make a better album than this. There is no better album than this.

Hey guys! If you're looking for a MODERN METAL BAND that breaks the norm, you should really check out this band I found called SLEEP TOKEN. 9 out of 10 old school metalheads do NOT want you knowing this. Led by the anonymous frontman known only as Vessel, Sleep Token creates music that feels like a spiritual experience. If you’re a metalhead who’s grown tired of the same formula, or just someone looking for music that actually makes you feel something, Sleep Token might be the most important band you’ll discover this year. Trust me, bruhs, this is worship.🙏🎧 *vine boom* And if you like Sleep Token, be sure to like, comment, and subscribe to my TikTok, and don't forget to donate to my Patreon for more content.

Well I can't stop resorting to it considering that's the first/best word that describes this band and their music.

Shit.
