Just watched it, pretty cool and entertaining stuff, wish more bands would do the same.



But idk man. Could see the division between the two camps regarding the songwritting, just like you said, but didn't feel any animosity comming from Mark and/or Isaac. Could be wrong but I'm thinking they're on board with that. Besides Mark has also Mayan for the heavy orchestral stuff.

I don't think there is any animosity, at least none they showed to the public during that recording, but clearly there is division over the song directions...

This ended up as my AOTY. Not a single dud and some of the best tunes this band has ever crafted (Obsidian Heart and Metanoia).
