it's in a made up language named hadlhaj which is the third language Damian made up for his music IIRC. from what I've been able to find out, he made these languages to both give his projects a mysterious feeling as well as to create something that he could use to easily write lyrics for that would flow rhythmically without awkwardly forcing existing languages.



he'll casually use words from these languages in his projects that do use languages like English and Spanish such as Sadness, like in the song Shallow Streams and She off the album Alluring the distant eye which has the line "Sophijas eyes alay in the pure evergrey /Of erosion and perfect stone / Of a matterless sun eclipsed Émnêvästê"

Damian so obviously found a girl he is over the moon for and it made him go even more release crazy than usual AND most of what he's released over the last year or so since she's been featured has been some of his best stuff ever.

It'd be nice if he did, but there was a brief hiatus where he stopped and said he was done making music because that scenario you described happened but she broke up with him. The currently-privated last three non-split Sadness albums were like a last hail mary to try and get her back.



But he has some buds that went on tour with him and he made music again, though it was for the livelihood he claimed and he still didn't want to make music. Damian's backlog of music is also likely very deep and he finishes old songs much later. But I'd say a lot of the Life releases are post-breakup because it'd make sense to do skramz in that situation.



Def check Life (on here as life (USA-TX)) if you like screamo, a lot of the releases are also peak for the genre imo like Trha.

If you're talking about the guest vocalist on a few of those Life releases, who knows. I don't think we'll know unless he makes his crash outs public enough again. But I will plug that guest vocalist's band, too. Tsukihi. Pretty solid sludge with skramz influence. Just something of substance to this comment besides being a gossiping hen lol.
