The Fame Monster is a classic, but nothing else she’s released has done too much for me.

Was thinking this was her best since Fame Monster, but side B left a bad taste in my mouth

The bonus tracks on this thing are great. Honestly if you subbed in Can't Stop The High and/or Kill For Love for some of the ballads I could've 5'd this.

2nd half isn't all that bad, but it's a comedown, for sure

for as much as i enjoyed the whole thing, the final track sparks with the energy of "gotta make a ballad to be played between football halftimes, now label forces me to strap in at the end of the record"
easily the most out of place song on the album

i have a strong feeling it wasnt meant to be in the album and she just threw it in because of the immense success of the song
when it was released she was going through her joker 2 phase, released a harley quinn themed jazz album, and seemed to be going for this more ""adult contemporary"" serious persona
with the movie fiasco she quickly switched directions into this nostalgia-driven pop record and dyed her hair black to match charli xcx's

this album rules, gonna need to hit more gaga this week

when die with a smile released it was with the tag LG7, so I think it was always going to be on the album. Pretty sure that’s how she revealed the album in the first place
|
| |
it’s still mad out of place. And if you haven’t heard the “acoustic” version (it’s more an arranged version, the word acoustic is wildly misused sometimes) it is the far superior version of the song

Wasn’t expecting much from this but yeah aside from a few stolen hooks this is the first gaga album Ifw front to back since TFM. Great write-up, fun listen

Definitely a little bit of filler but overall this is all I can ask for from a mainstream pop album

still enjoying this a hella lot but i do wonder what the point was on finishing the album off with three slow burns.
considering "Die With a Smile" feels like it doesn't even belong here, the other two could have been spread out a bit ig

Every time I try to recall the chorus of Abracadabra I end up humming the vocal line on the first verse of If I Had a Tail by QOTSA
