i actually love the singles most, especially in context. Violet and Machines are easily my top 2 and i like Paper Tigers a lot more than i did on my first and only pre-album listen.

Violet is my current standout. Really enjoying this album. It feels quite a bit more dense than their debut and isn't as immediate and simple. Think this could end up being an early inclusion in my favorites of 2025.

Poor choice of opener for an otherwise rock solid album

Much like their debut, pretty in one ear out the other for me. I love everyone involved but this isn't really moving the needle much.

I love AG but i remember playing Circa for my friends years ago and she said it sounds like a toddler screaming. Kinda hard to argue with that

"You Deserve To Be Haunted" is a highlight for me, but otherwise this just kinda felt like it was washing over me, which I guess is also kind of why I've never really been able to get into Circa. maybe I'm just a neanderthal that needs Hookz and Riffz.

album is fine. the songs are better on average here, but the last two songs on the debut absolutely blow everything here out of the water imo.
