yeah I'm already sensing I won't be returning all that often, simply because I'd rather revisit 5/6 of their other albums

This has some absolute bangers though. 'Common Loon' and 'Veneficium' sound like pseudo-classic Xiu Xiu tracks already and 'Arp Omni' is one of the most genuinely heartfelt things Jamie has written in a long time (imo).
