123. There's not really any low points on here to me.

I personally found Plans to be dreadfully average. It was a real fizzle, imo.

Plans sorta got me into DCFC, and sure there were some boring tracks, but there were a lot of great standouts I thought. "What sarah said", "Brothers on a hotel bed", "Crooked teeth" etc

Have you heard Transatlanticism?(I'm assuming no because you ahven't rated it). The reason I like it more is because there are no boring tracks. It has a very delicate flow, and real substance behind the music. Check it out if you haven't, you'd probably like it more than Plans.

I've heard it before, only once, but I have heard it. It has some o my fav DCFC songs, like the self-titled track, title and registration, and the sound of settling, I didn't want to give it a rating because like I said I've only heard it once

ah fair enough. I'd recommend you get the whole thing, it's solid. At least have a liisten to We Looked Like Giants, probably the best track on the album, and my favourite Death Cab track.

Everyone keeps saying that. it was probably the third track I ever heard by them and at the time I didn't think it was all that amazing. I'd really like to buy this, I keep meaning to, but I keep buying other essentials like OK Computer, and Rush CD's

Don't worry man, it's not a sin that you got OK Computer before a Death Cab album.

Lol, well if it is, I sure as hell don't care

Finally checked this out and I'm quite impressed. Will be a 4 if it grows on me a little bit more.

So would Narrow Stairs or The Photo Album be the next place to go from here?

From here? Hmmm. It depends what you want.
They've never made anything as beautiful as this record and probably never will. For slightly rougher-edged stuff, Photo Album; for poppier, more light-hearted stuff, see Plans; for darker, more brooding and atmospheric stuff, Narrow Stairs.

...and a 4 it is

I like how everyone who is familiar with this album knows exactly what "those three songs are". It doesn't get much more classic than this.
And I personally like plans just a tad better than the Photo Album, but that's just me. I don't find Plans to be light-hearted at all... on the contrary, I find it to be nearly as depressing as this album.
