great show
gonna revisit bake after finishing a year of japanese, i think i missed a lot of the kanji wordplay
|
| |
The torrent I downloaded had annotations for the first episode only, and the wordplay I missed was remarkable. I mean it's still enjoyable ofc but having that extra level of wit really put it on another level
|
| |
Yeah but with bake I bet it's more.
But yeah same, I loved it. Loved the character interactions between Ararararararagi and Senjougahara
|
| |
Yeah, that and Steins;Gate, though for completely opposite reasons. I can't find any instances where I enjoyed the tsundere in another show but I avoid most cliche shows anyways

"it's rare to find a show that takes it beyond a typical cliche, i'll say that."
Exactly why I dislike the cliche, even though I see the appeal. When used right though tsunderes are some of my favorite characters.
And yeah Steins;Gate is one of my favorites too. I probably should have been bored by them, but even the opening 10 episodes were extremely entertaining for me.

I can never decide whether this is fucking horrendapigs, or the best shit ever; I'm pretty torn.
