Think this might be the muso’s Fugazi album - some jazzy parts, some sections/riffs are almost ‘musician in-jokes’

Steady Diet is almost as good as the top 5

Dear Justice and Kyeo are a better pairing than any here

Think if they’d never released ‘The Argument’ I’d hold this in higher regard maybe - but that album sort of perfected a lot of similar styles attempted here

Yeah I'm feeling this for my least fave Gazi, but it's solid enough stuff. Still gotta check Diet

Repeater in 1st spot I get as it is their most consistently toned/unified....but then Fugazi are almost emblematic of an experimental band...so that's confusing and why I hold Red Med and Kill Taker above it.

Also the first half of 13 songs (the first EP) is that much more ferocious than anything else they've done so that wins out over Repeater too

Favourite 5 Fugazi songs:

1. Waiting Room

2. Smallpox Champion

3. Blueprint

4. Long Distance Runner

5. Repeater

I meant over Repeater...both the first EPs sound more raw than that album, but you're right, the second EP is the band at their most ferocious

I agree with none of those picks aside for Blueprint, but that one is a huge winner

Cassavetes for most undiscussed Fugazi tracks?

Cassavetes is top 5 on Kill Taker for sure. Facet Squared is such a good opener too.

But c'mon - Smallpox Champ is legendary

One of the weaker tracks of killtaker. The most overlooked gazi songs are on Steady Diet of Nothing. (KYEO, Reclamation)

That 1-2 opening combo on Kill-taker makes me so happy and pissy. Smallpox Champion is definitely a good pick but I've always found it gets upstaged by Rend It straight after

Smallpox Champion is fuckin unreal, it's almost a shame 'gazi never really cared about writing more earworms like that
