This album was a grower. Last year One Time For All Time was one of the best discoveries and still is my favourite of them (especially atmosphere-wise, and the sound is amazing), but this one got better and better after a few months.

I always love how they mix instruments with electronic sounds, I can never get enough of how glitchy it sometimes is.

Yeah definitely check the early EPs, particularly ‘Hole’ - although once you get to ‘The Destruction of Small Ideas‘ there’s a great EP which is very relevant to their progression (‘Distant and Mechanised Glow’).

Never liked 65daysofstatic, they're like the rebellious Linkin Park underdog of post-rock.
