yeah, enjoyed this more than i thought i would.
the "grind" label feels like a misnomer. i agree that this is more than just purely 'black metal', but i'm not sure i'd call it grind at all. at least not this particular album (haven't heard any of their previous stuff). this is almost like....black death. ? i dunno.
good shit, though.

Based on my history, I'm not huge on most grind or grind-adjunct, which makes me afraid to check their earlier stuff. This seems much more black/death influenced than grind imo, which is probably why I liked it so much.
