Normally I'd say you're not missing much but albums like this could change my mind.

Might start a hype train.

Dropped this halfway. Maybe I'm too burned out because I've been listening to a lot of BDM since yesterday.

This was pretty good, kind of reminds me of the shift that Katalepsy did tho from the first album to the ravenous hour. I think I like Misery a bit more than this.

Katalepsy is more groovy, but I see what you mean. Misery is more straightforward, but it also rules hard. This one is more NOW, more ambitious

I listened to Flesh Consumed, Anima Damnata, Defeated Sanity, Serocs, Wormed, and a 4 Way split BDM/slam album with crazy ass snare ping. So ya Mindle, I'm pretty much drained.

Sounds like you're not conditioned for brutality... I'm sorry

Flesh Consumed is a great jam, you just reminded me I still have to listen to Hymn for the Leeches...Wormed is easily one of the most interesting BDM bands around.

If you dig the Dutch scene, check out the new Prostitute Disfigurement. Super solid.

Yea I'm not a metalhead so I get drained easily. Thanks Notrap I'll check that out tomorrow along with this album. Now I'm just going to jam some Belle and Sebastian.

I never listened to belle and sebastian. I have a strong feeling it's boring hipster poseur garbage tho and not metal m/

if you want some awesome bdm that's brief and effective I recommend the new amputated genitals album... yes that's what they're called. That's a private session spotify or youtube listen for me.

Guys you have to hear the new album The Procrastination of Being by the band Disrupted. They are from Mexico and this is their second album. They currently only have 359 monthly listeners. I wasn't expecting anything but was blown away. I just know a lot of Sput metalheads will eat this up. Just taking a look at the album cover and you will be intrigued.

Well I'll take you up on that rec since you praised them so highly. Couldn't find them on Sput, you should add them to expand the database!

If you're sinister is very good but it's not metal
